WE EVEN GAVE IT AS OPTION TO OUR SENIORS, WHO IF THEY -- IF STUDENTS HAVE A STANDARD DIPLOMA, THEY NEED TO HAVE THAT INDUSTRY CREDENTIAL AND WE FELT THAT WE WANTED TO HELP PREPARE THEM FOR THE FUTURE, NOT JUST NOW AND WHAT WAS HAPPENING NOW, AND WE HAVE HAD ABOUT 200 OF OUR ECONOMICS AND PERSONAL FINANCE STUDENT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THIS OPTIONAL TESTING AND WE ARE HAVING REALLY, REALLY GREAT PASS RATES WITH THAT TEST. ALTHOUGH THEY NOT ABLE TO CHANGE WHAT'S IN THOSE FRAMEWORKS, BECAUSE OF THE COMPETENCIES THEY ARE ABLE TO GIVE FEEDBACK WHAT'S RELEVANT. WHAT -- WHAT'S THE LATEST THING THAT'S BEING UTILIZED OR DONE IN THEIR PLACE OF WORK NOW, THAT THEY THINK STUDENTS SHOULD EXPERIENCE IN ORDER TO BE ABLE TO COME OUT INTO THE WORKFORCE AND BE A PART OF THEIR BUSINESSES OR SOME OF THEM ARE EDUCATION LEADERS AND LOOKING AT HOW TO PREPARE THEM FOR GOING ON TO COLLEGE AND WHAT THEY WOULD NEED AS FAR AS WORKPLACE READINESS SKILLS AND THAT TYPE OF THING. THEY ARE CONTRIBUTING WITH LOOKING AT OUR COMPETENCIES WITHIN COURSES AND LOOKING AT WORK BASE LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES FOR OUR STUDENTS. >> SO THIS IS ALLEN.
