OKAY, IT'S RECORDING. IT'S RECORDING DR.

HUTCHINGS. WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO SAY? I'M SORRY. THIS IS MAY 4TH, 2020.

THIS IS THE SUPERINTENDENT'S EVALUATION CRITERIA ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEETING.

[1. Agenda for the May 4, 2020 Superintendent Evaluation Criteria Advisory Committee]

ALL RIGHT. THANK YOU. SO I'M GOING TO GO AHEAD AND SHARE MY SCREEN.

FIRST OFF, I WANTED TO LET YOU ALL KNOW THAT SINCE OUR LAST MEETING, WE TOOK THE COMMENTS. THE FEEDBACK THAT YOU ALL HAD SHARED IN REGARDS TO REVISING THE SUPERINTENDENT'S EVALUATION.

THIS ADVISEMENT, YOU KNOW, OR THIS PROVISION OF THE EVALUATION REALLY IS JUST MAKING SURE THAT WE HAVE THAT WE'RE CAPTURING SOME OF THE COVID-19 COMMUNICATIONS RESPONSES THAT WE'RE DOING, OUR CONTINUITY OF LEARNING PLANS, 1.0, 2.0, 3.0, 4.0, YOU KNOW, PLANS TO REOPEN THE SCHOOL YEAR IN 2020-2021.

THOSE TYPES OF THINGS WOULD HAVE BEEN ADDED TO THIS TO REFLECT JUST SOME OF THE CHANGES THAT HAVE HAPPENED WITH OUR TIME SINCE THE LAST TIME WE ADOPTED THIS THIS PLAN.

ALSO, YOU'RE GOING TO SEE A HE'S GOING TO RUN RUN US ALL THROUGH THESE CHANGES, BUT YOU WILL ALSO SEE SOME INFORMATION TAKEN OUT, SUCH AS ACCREDITATION, SOL WELL DATA, BECAUSE THOSE ITEMS ARE NOT GOING TO BE AVAILABLE AT ANY SCHOOL DIVISION THIS YEAR BECAUSE DUE TO THE WAIVER OF COVID-19.

BUT I'M GOING TO GO AHEAD AND START AND SHARE OUR SCREEN, TURN THINGS OVER TO MR. PAGE SO HE CAN GUIDE US THROUGH THE DOCUMENTS.

JUST BEAR WITH ME FOR A MINUTE, FOLKS.

OK. ALL RIGHT.

YES. OK.

SO AS GREG MENTIONED, WE WENT THROUGH AND TOOK A LOOK AT COMMENTS AND FEEDBACK OFF OF THE BACK OF OUR LAST MEETING IN TERMS OF REVISIONS THAT WE NEEDED TO MAKE TO THIS DOCUMENT TO BE RESPONSIVE TO OUR CURRENT SITUATION THAT NONE OF US OBVIOUSLY COULD FORESEE WHEN WE ORIGINALLY CRAFTED THIS IN FALL AND WINTER OF THIS YEAR.

SO WE'LL JUST KIND OF WALK THROUGH EACH PERFORMANCE STANDARD ONE BY ONE.

AND I'M JUST GOING TO KIND OF CALL OUT AND HIGHLIGHT THE CHANGES THAT WERE MADE HERE BASED OFF OF THE COMMENTS AND THE DISCUSSION THAT WE HAD LAST TIME.

SO IN PERFORMANCE STANDARD ONE, WHICH IS THE MISSION, VISION AND GOALS YOU'LL SEE HERE, WE'RE HIGHLIGHTING IN THAT THIRD BULLET UNDER THE MEASUREMENT AND EVIDENCE TEXT BOX, THE PULSE SURVEY THAT IS FIRST BEING ADMINISTERED TO STUDENTS, STAFF AND FAMILIES THIS WEEK.

AND SPECIFIC HERE, WE'RE GOING TO BE LOOKING FOR DATA ON FEEDBACK RELATED TO THE COVID- 19 RESPONSE. SO HOLDING IN RESULTS FROM THOSE PULSE SURVEYS INTO THIS PERFORMANCE, STANDARD ONE. SO THAT IS KIND OF THE LARGE SCALE CHANGE OR I GUESS THE CHANGE THAT WE HAD HERE IN TERMS OF THIS PARTICULAR PERFORMANCE STANDARD.

GREG, IF YOU WANT TO GO TO PERFORMANCE STANDARD TWO AND I'M JUST GOING TO KIND OF QUICKLY WALK THROUGH THE CHANGES AND THEN WE CAN GO THROUGH QUESTIONS, COMMENTS, ET CETERA, OFF THE BACK. SO IN PLANNING AND ASSESSMENT.

YOU'LL SEE IF GREG'S SCROLL DOWN JUST A LITTLE BIT MORE, YOU'LL SEE THERE AT THE BOTTOM IN THE MEASUREMENT EVIDENCE, WE HAVE THE CONTINUITY OF LEARNING PLAN.

SO WANTING TO CALL OUT THAT WORK, BOTH IN TERMS OF NOT JUST THE 1.0 OR 2.0 BUT HOW THOSE HAVE EVOLVED OVER THE PERIOD OF TIME.

AND THEN ALSO A GREG HAS HIGHLIGHTED THERE KIND OF BOUNDING IN TIME, THE ANNUAL ASSESSMENT WORKBOOK TO THAT MARCH 13TH DATE, WHICH WAS OUR LAST FULL DAY AT SCHOOL.

SO KIND OF DOING THAT AND THEN ATTENDING TO THE CONTINUITY OF LEARNING.

AND THEN GREG. I THINK IF YOU SCROLL DOWN, IS THERE MORE ON TOP OF THE NEXT PAGE? SURVEY INFORMATION INTO THIS PARTICULAR STANDARD TWO.

SO, AGAIN, KIND OF WITH THE FACT THAT SO MUCH OF OUR KIND OF ANNUAL SURVEY WORK HAPPENS IN THE SPRING, WE WILL BE LEVERAGING THE COVID-19 RESPONSE SURVEYS AS BEST WE CAN TO FILL IN

[00:05:01]

THESE AREAS AND INSTRUCTIONAL LEADERSHIP.

STANDARD THREE.

WE HAVE ADDITIONALLY ADDED TO THAT THIRD BULLET UNDER MEASUREMENT.

YOU'LL SEE THE PULSE SURVEY THERE, AND THAT SPECIFICALLY IS LOOKING AT THE ENGAGEMENT AREA AS WELL AS PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT UNDER OUR INSTRUCTIONAL PRIMARY DRIVER WITHIN OUR COVID 19 RESPONSE PLAN.

SO BEING SURE TO CALL THAT OUT.

AND THEN ALSO LOOKING AT INDICATORS OF TECHNOLOGIES AVAILABLE TO SUPPORT STUDENT LEARNING, WHICH WILL BOTH BE USED THROUGH OUR PULSE SURVEY, BUT THEN ALSO THROUGH SOME OF THE QUANTITATIVE DATA THAT WE KNOW OUR TECHNOLOGY SERVICES DEPARTMENT HAS ACCESS TO AS IT RELATES TO INTERNET ACCESS, HARDWARE, ETC..

SO THOSE WERE SOME OF THE CHANGES.

THOSE WERE THE CHANGES IN THAT AREA.

AND THEN INTO AREA FOUR.

OH, DID I FORGET? OH, SORRY.

AND THANK YOU, GREG, FOR YOUR HIGHLIGHTING.

ALSO INCLUDING SO WE HAD IN THERE THE MID AND END YEAR UPDATES FROM SCHOOL DEPARTMENT IMPROVEMENT PLANS. BUT THEN ALSO ENSURING THAT WE ARE CALLING OUT THE SPECIFIC COVID-19 DEPARTMENT PLANS AND THE FEEDBACK FROM THOSE AND THE BOARDS RECEIVED THE BOARD BRIEF ON THOSE LAST WEEK.

SO THOSE ARE VERY MUCH LIVING AND BREATHING DOCUMENTS AND WE'LL CONTINUE TO USE THOSE AS MEASUREMENT DOCUMENTS IN REGARDS TO OUR RESPONSE IN THAT AREA.

AND THEN AN ON TO PERFORMANCE STANDARD FOUR.

SO IN THIS AREA.

GREG, IF YOU COULD SCROLL DOWN, SO IN THIS AREA, WE HAD A LITTLE MORE.

GREG, SCROLL DOWN.

THE MAJOR CHANGE TO THIS AREA WAS IN THAT LAST BULLET, IN THE MEASUREMENT BOX, YOU'LL SEE ATTENDING TO THE 2021 ACADEMIC YEAR REOPENING PLANS AND WANTING TO BE SURE THAT THAT IS FACTORED IN. THAT'S MAJOR WORK THAT I KNOW IS BEGINNING NOW AND IS GOING TO BE GOING ON OVER THE COMING WEEKS AND OBVIOUSLY MONTHS.

BUT VERY MUCH WORK THAT'S HAPPENING CURRENTLY AND WILL BE HAPPENING AT HIGH RATES OF SPEED THROUGH MAY AS WELL AS IN JUNE.

SO WE WANTED TO BE SURE AFTER THAT IN THE MEASUREMENT SECTION HERE.

AND THEN I THINK WE CAN GO ON TO SECTION FIVE.

DID I MISS ANYTHING THERE GREG.

YOU HAD PAUSED UP ON MY COMPUTER.

I DON'T KNOW IF EVERYBODY ELSE CAN HEAR YOU.

OK, SORRY. OH, I'M ON.

IOK. PERFECT. SAY UP TO IN COMMUNICATIONS, WE HAVE THE COMMUNICATIONS OUTREACH SPECIFIC TO COVID WANTING TO MAKE SURE TO ADD THAT IN TERMS OF THINGS LIKE THE INSIDER AND EXPRESS A CPS AT HOME, THE VIDEOS WITH THE SUPERINTENDENT, FAQS ETC., AND MAKING SURE TO ADD THAT, AS WELL AS ADJUSTING IN THE BULLET ABOVE THAT, ARE INDICATORS TO MATCH WHAT WE'RE SERVING IN THE COVID SURVEYS, WHICH ARE SPECIFIC TO INDIVIDUALS FEELING OF CONNECTEDNESS EITHER TO SCHOOL AND OR TO PEERS AND COWORKERS, AS WELL AS FEELING WELL INFORMED AROUND DECISION MAKING THAT'S GOING ON AT THE SCHOOL AND DIVISION LEVEL CHANGES WITHIN THAT AREA.

THEN ON TO SIX AND PROFESSIONALISM.

SO HERE.

WE DID HAVE A BUT WE. PIVOTED THAT TO THE SUPERINTENDENCE ENGAGEMENT WITH MEDIALLY IN REGION FOUR SUPERINTENDENTS REGARDING COVID-19, JUST GIVEN THE NATURE OF THE 360 SURVEY WORK AND WHERE WE ARE WITH THE PULSE SURVEYS.

THE SURVEYS REALLY ARE COMPLETELY DIFFERENT IN INTENT AS WELL AS KIND OF WHO THEY GO TO AND THE DISTRIBUTION OF THAT THAT WE FELT AT BEST AND MOST REFLECTIVE TO KIND OF PULL THAT BACK OUT OF THIS SECTION AND INSTEAD TO FOCUS ON ENGAGEMENT AND COLLABORATION WITH BOTH BOE AS AN OVERSIGHT ENTITY, AS WELL AS WITH COLLEAGUES BOTH WITHIN REGION, WITHIN

[00:10:02]

REGION FOR. AND THEN THE LAST AREA, WHICH IS THE AREA I THINK GREG MENTIONED IN THE ONSET, WHERE WE'VE SEEN KIND OF THE MOST SIGNIFICANT CHANGE, GIVEN THE FACT THAT WE NO LONGER ARE GOING TO HAVE THINGS LIKE ACCREDITATION END OF YEAR SOLS, ETC.

WE HAVE HIGHLIGHTED HERE WHAT WE WILL HAVE ACCESS TO, WHICH IS CERTAINLY EVIDENCE FROM OUR DEPARTMENT IMPROVEMENT PLANS AND HOW WE'RE DOING THERE, BOTH IN TERMS OF THE DEPARTMENT AND SCHOOL PLANS AS WELL AS THE COVID PLANS.

SO LEVERAGING THOSE IN TERMS OF PROGRESS AND ADVANCEMENT WITHIN THE DIVISION AND THEN ALSO HIGHLIGHTING THE IDEA OF IDENTIFYING THE KEY METRICS IN ACPS 2025, KNOWING THAT THIS WAS ALWAYS GOING TO BE A BIT OF A TRANSITION YEAR AS WE GO FROM 2020 TO 2025, WANTING TO MAKE SURE THAT WE'RE SETTING UP NEXT YEAR FROM A PLACE OF SUCCESS, THAT WE HAVE THOSE KEY METRICS IDENTIFIED AND THAT WE'RE READY TO HIT THE GROUND RUNNING STARTING IN THE FALL.

THAT IS JUST A QUICK OVERVIEW OF THE CHANGES THAT WERE MADE BASED OFF OF OUR CONVERSATION LAST TIME, AS WELL AS THE COMMENTS THAT WERE SUBMITTED.

SO I THINK AT THIS POINT, GREG, IF YOU HAVE ANYTHING FURTHER TO ADD OR IF WE WANTED TO OPEN IT UP TO QUESTIONS.

I THINK WE'RE READY FOR OPENING IT UP TO QUESTIONS.

I DON'T HAVE ANY QUESTIONS.

IT'S PRETTY STRAIGHTFORWARD.

I DON'T SEE ANYTHING MISSING.

SO. I THINK IT SPEAKS TO THE SITUATION THAT WE'RE IN AND DOESN'T.

BUT I MEAN, WE'RE STILL DOING THE SAME THINGS JUST IN A DIFFERENT WAY.

SO. I THINK THIS CAPTURES THAT.

VERY WELL. YEAH, I AGREE.

I JUST HAD A COUPLE SMALL QUESTIONS.

SO ONE WAS ON THE TECHNOLOGY DATA THAT YOU ALLUDED TO, CLINT.

I WAS JUST WONDERING WHAT'S THE SORT OF TIMING IN TERMS OF US KIND OF GETTING A SENSE OF WHAT THOSE INDICATORS ARE GOING TO BE? AND WHEN WE'LL HAVE LIKE A BOARD BRIEF THAT SORT OF CLARIFIES THOSE SORT OF CONNECTIVITY DATA POINTS THAT WE MIGHT BE USING.

SO FANTASTIC QUESTION.

AND WE HAVE A BOARD BRIEF SCHEDULED FOR THIS FRIDAY.

THAT'S GOING TO FURTHER ILLUMINATE KIND OF WHAT WE'RE CALLING THE SYSTEM OF MEASUREMENT IN RESPONSE TO THE COVID 19 SITUATION.

SO AS A PART OF THAT, YOU WILL SEE FOLDED INTO THAT.

THINGS LIKE INTERNET ACCESS, ACCESS OR LACK THEREOF.

LOG INS, THOSE TYPES OF THINGS.

SO I THINK FROM A HIGH LEVEL THAT WILL BE FEATURED TO A CERTAIN EXTENT IN THAT BOARD BRIEF THIS FRIDAY.

BUT THEN ALSO KNOWING THAT THERE ARE GOING TO BE INDICATORS THAT THE TECHNOLOGY SERVICES DEPARTMENT WILL TRACK AT A MORE GRANULAR LEVEL.

RIGHT. BECAUSE WHAT WE'RE DOING ON FRIDAY IS KIND OF FROM A SYSTEMS PERSPECTIVE, WHAT ARE THOSE HIGH LEVEL MEASURES THAT WE'RE ATTENDING TO KIND OF IN THE TERMS OF THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT THAT WE'VE IDENTIFIED, IDENTIFIED AS CRITICALLY IMPORTANT.

BUT THEN ALSO KNOWING THERE WILL BE SOME ADDITIONAL THINGS THAT TECHNOLOGY IS DOING KIND OF BEHIND THE SCENES TO MONITOR THOSE AS WELL.

SO HOPEFULLY THIS FRIDAY WILL ANSWER A VAST MAJORITY OF THAT.

AND THEN CERTAINLY, I KNOW TECHNOLOGY ALSO HAS ADDITIONAL MEASURES.

THAT MAKES SENSE. AND MY OTHER QUESTION JUST BASED OFF THIS PIECE IS ON THE ON THE PAGE WE'RE ON NOW IS I THINK I SAID DURING THE LAST MEETING, I THINK ONE OF MY THINGS THAT I'M A LITTLE ANXIOUS ABOUT. I THINK WE'RE GOING TO DO A GREAT JOB, TO BE CLEAR.

BUT JUST PERSONALLY, I'M ANXIOUS ABOUT IT, IS WHAT DOES PROGRESS, YOU KNOW, ACADEMIC GROWTH LOOK LIKE FOR THE TWENTY, TWENTY, TWENTY ONE SCHOOL YEAR, GIVEN THAT WE DON'T HAVE A BASELINE FOR, YOU KNOW, THE STUDENTS BASED ON HOW THINGS ENDED THIS YEAR.

SO IT SOUNDED LIKE BAKED INTO WHAT YOU WERE SAYING WAS THAT'S KIND OF WHAT WE'RE IDENTIFYING IN LIGHT OF THE LIKE MAYBE WE USE NWEA FOR PART OF IT.

I THINK YOU DISCUSSED THAT A LITTLE BIT DURING THE LAST MEETING, YOU KNOW, BUT I'M JUST KIND OF CURIOUS WHAT THE THINKING IS AROUND WHAT OUR GOAL IS HERE AROUND THAT, BECAUSE I THINK IN AN IDEAL WORLD, WE'LL HAVE SEVERAL DIFFERENT DATA POINTS THAT WE'VE ESTABLISHED FOR OUR BASELINE. AND I'M KIND OF JUST WONDERING WHAT THE CURRENT THINKING IS AROUND THAT. I THINK THAT WE NEED TO KEEP IN MIND THAT WE START EVERY YEAR OFF WITH YOU KNOW, BASELINE DATA. SO WE'RE GOING TO BE DOING PALS.

THAT STUFF IS GOING TO CHANGE.

THE DIFFERENCE IS GOING TO HAPPEN IS THAT KIDS, WE'RE NOT GOING TO HAVE AS MANY KIDS AT

[00:15:01]

PROFICIENCY AS WE TYPICALLY HAVE HAD IN THE PAST STARTING OFF THE YEAR.

RIGHT. WE'RE NOT GOING TO CHANGE OUR ASSESSMENTS AND HOW WE PRE ASSESS OUR STUDENTS AT THE BEGINNING OF THE YEAR. THAT'S NOT SOMETHING THAT WE'RE PLANNING TO DO.

THAT WILL BE A HUGE OVERHAUL.

WE ARE TRYING TO TO HAVE MORE CONTINUITY, THOUGH, WITH OUR STRATEGIC PLAN 2025.

IN REGARDS TO WHAT ASSESSMENTS ARE BEING USED AT THE BEGINNING OF THE YEAR, SAID THAT WE DON'T HAVE, YOU KNOW, ONE PLACE USING SOMEBODY ELSE IS USING DIRECT READING SOMETHING DIFFERENT. SO WHEN KIDS TRANSFER TO ANOTHER SCHOOL, WE DON'T EVEN HAVE, YOU KNOW, WHAT THE TEACHER, IT'S HARD FOR THEM TO INTERPRET THE INFORMATION STUDENTS. SO WE ARE GOING TO CONTINUE TO HAVE OUR ASSESSMENTS CONDUCTED AT THE BEGINNING OF THE YEAR LIKE WE TYPICALLY DO.

AND WE'RE JUST NOW PART OF THE STRATEGIC PLAN.

TWENTY, TWENTY FIVE IS INCORPORATING MAP AS OUR MONITORING ACADEMIC MONITORING TOOL.

I JUST HAVE A RANDOM QUESTION RELATED TO THAT.

DO WE KNOW OF ANY OF OUR SCHOOLS ARE PLANNING TO DO ANY TYPE OF ASSESSMENT AT THE END OF THIS YEAR.

JUST AS A CAUSE SOME SOME THINGS ARE ELECTRONIC LIKE PEOPLE COULD LOG IN AND TAKE.

IS ANYBODY PLANNING ON DOING THAT JUST TO GET A SENSE OF.

YEAH, WE HAVEN'T TALKED ABOUT DOING IT AT THE END OF THE YEAR, BUT WE DID HAVE AN ASSESSMENT AT THE BEGINNING OF THE YEAR JUST BECAUSE WE DIDN'T WANT TO CONTRADICT THE DISCUSSION WE HAD WITH ELEMENTARY AND SAYING WE'RE INTRODUCING BUT NOT GRADING.

AND THEN PARENTS SAY, WELL, NOW WHY ARE YOU TESTING THEM? I WOULD HAVE HAD MY CHILD BE ON THIS EVERY SINGLE DAY.

AND I WOULD YOU KNOW, WE WOULD GET ALL THOSE EMAILS FROM PARENTS SAYING, YOU WANT TO TELL US YOU WANT AN ASSESSMENT AT THE END OF THE YEAR.

SO WE ARE WE'RE TRYING TO AVOID THAT.

BUT WHAT WE HAD DISCUSSIONS ABOUT IS REALLY THE FALL BECAUSE WE WANT TO SEE WHERE OUR KIDS STAND, INCLUDING, YOU KNOW, ONCE WE DO OUR SUMMER LEARNING.

WHAT'S THAT CONTINUITY 3.0 PLAN IS IN PLACE.

YOU KNOW, WE'RE HOPING THAT THAT'S GOING TO HELP NOT MAKE THE DEFICIT ACADEMIC DEFICIT OF OUR KIDS SO SIGNIFICANT.

YOU KNOW, I THINK IT'S STILL GOING TO BE A DEFICIT NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS, UNFORTUNATELY, BECAUSE WE'RE NOT HAVING FACE TO FACE WITH OUR STUDENTS.

BUT MAYBE WE CAN DECREASE THAT DEFICIT THROUGH THIS SUMMER LEARNING THAT WE'RE GOING TO DO SO THEN IN THE FALL WHEN WE GET BACK AND WHEN WE'VE IDENTIFIED BECAUSE THE NEW STRATEGIC PLAN IS GOING TO BE ROLLING OUT.

SO WE'LL HAVE HEY, EVERYBODY, AS WE TALKED ABOUT MATH, HERE'S OUR MATH.

YOU KNOW ACCESS THIS, WE'LL GIVE YOU TRAINING DURING THE TEACHER WORK WEEK, EVEN IF IT'S REMOTELY IF IT HAPPENS TO BE YOU KNOW, WE'RE ALREADY MAKING ARRANGEMENTS FOR THAT JUST IN CASE. SO THEN EVERYBODY'S CONSISTENT AND THEY'RE NOT GOING BACK TO THEIR OLD WAY OF HOW THINGS WERE BEFORE.

WHICH WOULD BE A BIG PROBLEM FOR ALL OF US, BECAUSE WHAT WE DO NEXT, LAST YEAR AND WE DON'T WANT TO REDO LAST YEAR.

ALL RIGHT. WE'RE NOT SEEING ANY OTHER QUESTIONS, GREG.

I'LL TURN IT OVER TO YOU.

I WAS ON MUTE.

I DIDN'T I DIDN'T THINK I WAS GOING I DIDN'T HAVE ANYTHING ELSE TO ADD OTHER THAN I THINK IT'S IMPORTANT FOR US TO MENTION TO THE BOARD AS WELL THAT WE ARE STAYING TRUE.

WE'RE TRYING TO STAY TRUE TO THE SUPERINTENDENT'S EVALUATION.

WE'RE JUST MAKING SURE WE'RE CAPTURING ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES THAT WE KNOW WE'RE TAKING OR CONSUMING MY TIME FROM MARCH 13TH, PROBABLY FOR THE NEXT.

WHO KNOWS HOW MANY YEARS, BUT THAT WE'RE JUST NOT MISSING THOSE OPPORTUNITIES BECAUSE THERE'S A LOT OF WORK THAT IS HAPPENING CURRENTLY IN ADDITION TO ALL THE OTHER WORK THAT WE WERE PLANNING TO HAVE.

I SEE VERONICA. YEAH, WE CAN'T HEAR YOU, THOUGH.

I THINK YOU'RE ON MUTE. VERONICA.

I APOLOGIZE. I WAS PUBLICLY WATCHING THE MEETING JUST NEEDED TO BE MOVED OVER, BUT I'M

[00:20:03]

CAUGHT UP TO SPEED. SO APOLOGIES.

WE DIDN'T KNOW YOU WERE OVER THERE, WE'RE SORRY.

NO, NO. IT'S THAT I WAS LATE ANYWAYS.

I'M CAUGHT UP. DID YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS, VERONICA, ABOUT THE REVISIONS OR THE EDITS THAT WE MADE FROM LAST WEEK? NO, IT SOUNDED IT SOUNDED PRETTY SPOT ON.

I SEE. ARE YOU GOOD WITH.

IS THERE ANY MORE COMMENTS THAT YOU WANTED TO MAKE? WHAT DO WE PUT INTO THE PLAN? I KNOW WE SAID WE WERE GOING TO.

AND I WISH JENNIFER WAS ON HERE, BUT SHE'S NOT.

I THINK SHE'S ON THE.

SHE IS SHE'S ON THE OTHER SIDE.

IS THERE A WAY FOR US TO BRING JENNIFER INTO THIS? IN PROGRESS. LIKE ROVER, ROVER? HELLO HELLO.

I'VE BEEN HANGING ON YOUR EVERY WORD.

THE WE HAVEN'T. THE BOARD DOESN'T NECESSARILY HAVE TO VOTE AGAIN AS WE DID.

WE'RE STAYING TRUE TO THE EVALUATION TOOL AND THE COMPONENTS OF THE EVALUATION.

WE'RE JUST ADDING DIFFERENT.

WE'RE JUST ADDING ADDITIONAL METRICS AND THINGS OF THAT NATURE.

WHAT IS THIS? HOW WAS THAT INTRODUCED AND WHAT? WHAT DO WE DO TO INFORM THE BOARD, IS IT A BOARD MEMO? I ACTUALLY DO THINK IT NEEDS TO BE APPROVED BY THE BOARD TO BE HONEST, I WAS TAKING NOTES ON EXACTLY WHAT'S CHANGING.

I, I AGREE THAT.

YOU KNOW, YOUR MAIN THINGS AREN'T CHANGING, BUT YOU ARE TECHNICALLY REVISING THE MEASUREMENT, EVIDENCE, ARTIFACTS AND KPI.

AND SO I DO THINK IN OK. SO WHEN WILL WE NEED TO PUT THAT ON.

DO WE ALREADY HAVE IT ON THAT LIST? I THOUGHT WE HAD IT IT SOUNDS LIKE CLINT IS PREVIEWING THE CHANGES IN THE BOARD BRIEF THIS FRIDAY AND THEN IT COULD GO ON THE BOARD'S AGENDA FOR THE FOLLOWING FRIDAY.

IF THAT WORKS FOR YOU ALL, THAT COULD JUST BE CONSENT CALENDAR, RIGHT? I DON'T KNOW THAT THAT REALLY IS AT THE DISCRETION OF THE BOARD, SINCE IT WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN INTRODUCED EXCEPT THROUGH A BOARD BRIEF.

IT DEPENDS ON IF THE BOARD WANTS ANY DISCUSSION ON IT.

BUT I MEAN, THAT COULD BE SORT OF SETTLED IN AGENDA SETTING, A SORT OF MAYBE VERONICA SHOULD WEIGH IN ON THAT. I JUST WANT TO LET YOU KNOW IT IS ON THE MAY 15TH AS A BOARD BRIEF. SO IF IT GOES AS A BOARD BRIEF IT COULD POSSIBLY END UP ON CONSENT.

THE AGENDA ALREADY.

SO IS THAT DIFFERENT THAN THE BOARD BRIEF YOU MENTIONED FOR THIS FRIDAY CLINT? YEAH, THE BOARD BRIEF FOR THIS FRIDAY IS AROUND A BROADER MEASUREMENT DISCUSSION.

IT'S NOT SOLELY ABOUT THE SUPERINTENDENT EVALUATION THOUGHT.

CORRECT. OK. OK.

OK. GOT IT. SO, YEAH, I DO SEE IT AS A BOARD BRIEF THEN FOR THE 15TH.

SO WE COULD ADD IT IN AS A CONSENT FOR THE 22ND.

I THINK THAT WOULD BE THE BEST ROUTE.

BEST ROUTE TO GO, BECAUSE THEN WE CAN UPLOAD, YOU KNOW, BOTH COPIES.

THE REVISED COPY REVISED VERSION AND VERSION THAT WAS ADOPTED EARLIER THIS YEAR.

AND THEN THE FOLLOWING WEEK, YOU KNOW, THEN WE CAN GET QUESTIONS THAT PEOPLE HAVE ON 22ND ADDED TO THE CONSENT CALENDAR.

ALL RIGHT. WELL, WE'LL WORK ON THAT.

OK. WELL, WE'RE NOT GONNA KEEP PEOPLE LONGER THAN WE HAVE TO BE KEPT.

THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH, BUT THANK YOU ALL FOR YOU FOR YOUR INPUT AND GUIDANCE ON THIS.

SO WE APPRECIATE THAT. AND CLINT.

THANK YOU. AND YOUR DEPARTMENT, TOO, FOR ASSISTING WITH THIS.

HUGE THANKS CLINT. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

OH, GOD. THANK YOU. ALL RIGHT.

SEE YOU GUYS.

THANKS EVERYONE.

BYE.
