The Alexandria City School Board Induction Ceremony and Organizational Meeting on Tues., Jan. 4, 2022, has been changed to a VIRTUAL meeting. Pursuant to Virginia Code Section 2.2-3708.2(A)(3) and the Continuity of Government ordinance adopted by the Alexandria City Council on June 20, 2020, the School Board is able to undertake essential business, with members of the public bodies and staff participating from remote locations through a Zoom Webinar. The public may watch the Induction Ceremony and Organizational Meeting through the ACPS website using the Watch Meeting Live link. Alternately, the public may register to receive a Zoom link to join the meeting live and watch it via Zoom. The link to Zoom will require you to register, after which you will receive a link to join the meeting live. The ceremony and meeting may also be watched live on cable channel 71 in Alexandria.
